**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Peer Provider to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will work under the general supervision of a Qualified Peer Support Supervisor (QPS) to deliver support services to individuals in an outpatient setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide recovery and wellness support, mentoring, and advocacy to individuals receiving services.
- Assist individuals in regaining control over their own lives and recovery process through individual and group sessions.
- Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness by sharing your recovery story.
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from a standard high school or GED.
- Eligible for certification as a Mental Health Peer Specialist according to State Authority's guidelines and ViaHope policies and procedures.
- One year of successful treatment for a mental health issue and willingness to disclose lived experience and work toward recovery.
