Sevier County Adult IOP Master's Clinician

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and document contact with referral sources to monitor client adherence and progress.
- Maintain client participation log of therapy sessions.
- Document according to Center Policy.
- Review client treatment plan weekly, and document clients' progress on objectives and update plan as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Community Agency Counseling, Social Work, or closely related field.
- Extensive knowledge of addiction and general mental health awareness.
- Familiarity with 12-step programs, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and aftercare.
- Experience working with adults in group settings and in the alcohol and drug field.
- Computer skills involving frequent hand, finger, and wrist use.
- Certification in verbal and physical de-escalation techniques.
