As a temporary High School English Teacher, you will work as part of a team that serves nearly 8,000 students at 18 campuses across Helena. This position serves a temporary 93.5 day contract (1st Semester - beginning 8/26/24 and ending 1/27/2025) and scheduled for 7 hours a day. Starting base salary range is $21,436 to $24,615 based on education and experience in addition to a competitive pro-rated benefit plan including but not limited to sick and personal leave, health benefit plan with options for dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a section 125 plan, numerous tax sheltered annuity options and tuition reimbursement. Some of what you will do:
To become part of this dedicated team, you must have a Montana teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement.
The ideal candidate will possess multiple endorsement areas, and at least a year of successful teaching experience in english at the high school level.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will need meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.
