What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Office Assistant position at Helget Safety Supply Inc.?
Our company is a long time distributor of safety & personal protective equipment to industry.
Computer skills & attention to detail are very important.
Duties include processing invoices to customers, recording customer payments & depositing checks, reviewing & checking on past due invoices & filing.
Hours are flexible & we can discuss but works well if you start most days by 9:30-10:30AM.
