">Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Implementing a planned workflow process to manage preventive, corrective, and improvement work ">
- Developing and implementing weekly, monthly, yearly, and long-term maintenance plans ">
- Becoming the super-user of our CMMS and training existing and new employees on its efficient use ">
- Supervising a small team to improve spare part and documentation management ">
- Ensuring the equipment parts catalog reflects all plant equipment changes and obtaining proper resources for future upgrades ">
Requirements
">To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum two (2) years' experience working in a planning capacity or technical maintenance in a manufacturing environment ">
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ">
- High degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams ">
- Experience in industrial mechanic industry ">
- Strong computer skills ">
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools ">
Benefits Package
">We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits including employer-paid employee medical & dental benefits, performance incentive, life insurance, 401K match, paid PTO, paid sick days, and paid personal days.
