Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Engineer to lead our Product Engineering Program in solar module manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Product Engineering work at Heliene factories in Minnesota, USA, and at our manufacturing partners overseas.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating prototyping and testing plans
- Prototyping solar modules in Heliene module factories in the US and overseas
- Testing of modules in-house or at partner labs in the US and overseas
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of solar materials and solar module quality, performance, and reliability. You should also have hands-on experience of solar module manufacturing and testing, as well as direct experience of working with suppliers of materials and products.
