What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Helio Property Management?
Assistant property manager for scattered sites, with primary office in Eastgate. Responsibilities include showing prospective tenant’s apartments, applications (running credit check, background), approval/denial letters. Creating leases. Responding to e-mails/phone calls from future tenants. Following up on prospective leads. Collecting rent from residents. Writing orders of maintenance repair, with follow up. Past due balances, collections, lease renewals, customer service, resolving tenant issues.

Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or the equivalency of one. Applicant should have sales and customer service experience. Yardi experience is preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, good clerical skills and basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft products. Professional appearance, Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance required, along with reliable car. Drug test and background check required.
