We collaborate with top pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and healthcare providers to conduct cutting-edge clinical trials. We are currently expanding our operations through the acquisition of a group of established clinical research sites. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Project Manager to lead and oversee the integration process.
Job Summary: The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the integration of the group of established clinical research sites into our existing operations under the guidance of our Executive Team and alongside our Clinical Research Project Manager and our Director of Study and Site Integration. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical research operations. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless transition, aligning processes, systems, and cultures to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive integration plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the integration process.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the integration, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Oversee the integration of systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and change management initiatives to support a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on integration progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the integration process.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture, promoting teamwork and shared goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Project Management, Clinical Research, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the clinical research or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research operations, including site management, administration, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or similar project management certification is a plus.
