Helios Education Foundation seeks a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to our mission. This position will support the Finance and Administration leadership and team. This includes Accounting / Finance, Information Technology, Facilities, Campus operations and Human Resources. This position is located on our Phoenix Education Campus.

- Experience with meeting / event AV / IT equipment and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting techniques utilized with AV / IT in meetings / events

Key Responsibilities :
Candidates must be computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and must demonstrate their ability to utilize the computer for correspondence, reports, expenses, data and record keeping. The ability to efficiently multi-task, be detail oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills is required. Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative secretarial or seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative secretarial; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
