Here at company Helios Network we are known for partnering with leading global telecommunication companies, and due to recent expansion into new markets, are searching for a Customer Account Manager to join our team!
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring all their needs are satisfied while going above the expectations set. We believe in encouraging talent from the ground up and providing the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sales and customer service. We aim to have you collaborate daily with our sales and Customer Account Manager teams to develop unique strategies that deliver favorable results. This role can serve as a launchpad for future leaders, offering the skills and platform to take on greater challenges and responsibilities as our clients expand into new markets.
Responsibilities As a Customer Account Manager:
- Design and execute sales and customer acquisition strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals
- Handle customer information with care while creating accounts and preparing sales contracts
- Collaborate with Senior Management to learn to train new team Customer Account Manager members
- Participate in daily Customer Account Manager meetings that focus on enhancing skills in customer service, account management and leadership
- Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
Qualifications For a Customer Account Manager:
- Leadership or management experience is a plus but not required
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Customer Account Manager teammates
- Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office
- A desire to grow, take on challenges and step into leadership roles in the future

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
