We have a private event space lofted about the wine cellar where we host a variety of wine-focused events for our customers as well as community businesses and organizations.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site and off-site role for an Event Coordinator at Helioterra Wines in Portland, OR. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. They will also be responsible for event sales and acquisition. They will work closely with vendors, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure the overall success of each event.
