- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Office & Project Management: Oversee office operations and assist in managing business projects.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive company and executive information with confidentiality.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, conferences, or client engagements.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Assist in decision-making by providing relevant research and insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
