Helix Aviation Academy is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary leader to serve as our next Principal. We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of instructional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for fostering a positive school culture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of leadership experience, a commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of every student, and the ability to cultivate a team-oriented, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Provide visionary leadership to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education. Create and maintain a collaborative and positive school climate that promotes academic excellence, safety, and inclusivity.
• Instructional Leadership : Oversee and support curriculum development, assessment strategies, and instructional practices that foster student success. Use data to drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning across all grade levels.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Lead efforts to collect and analyze student performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans based on data to improve student outcomes.
• Team Building & Morale : Foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect among staff, students, and parents. Cultivate morale by ensuring a supportive environment that values professional development, celebrates achievements, and recognizes the hard work of the school community.
• Cultural Competence : Promote culturally responsive practices that reflect the diversity of the student body and the surrounding community. Ensure that all students feel valued, respected, and understood.
• Community Engagement : Act as the primary liaison between the school and the community. Engage parents, guardians, and local organizations in school activities and decision-making processes to ensure strong partnerships that support student success.
