Nursery Technician
HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. Habitat Restoration Lead Duties :
On a day-to-day basis, the Nursery Technician will participate in various tasks including hand watering of plant stock, removing weeds from container stock and throughout nursery, making minor repairs to shade structures, propagating plants from seeds and cuttings, labeling plants, transplanting seedlings, doing maintenance on watering system, as well as maintaining clean and organized growing grounds. On occasion, the Nursery Technician will be required to visit our project sites as well.
Hourly wages will be based on qualifications and experience. Starting hourly rates will range between $18 to $21 per hour and will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience.
