Avaya Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite/ Hybrid) Open for relocation as well from Nearby.
W2 candidates- EAD(can submit h1b transfer too)
JD:
This person will act as an intermediary between the business teams and the tier 3 engineers. Superior communication skills are need to work with the business, Avaya engineering experience is required to be able to understand the business needs and communicate the needs back to engineering.
- Internal customer
Migration from Avaya to Genesis
Avaya Engineer - 8-10 years minimum. Engineering
conversion experience, bonus. Genysis experience, bonus - Avaya Engineer. Ex-Avaya would be great!
Interfacing with customer, gathering requirements, business and technical requirements. Proving info on call flows, to genesis cloud
