Administrative Assistant I: $30.79 - $39.30/hourly
Administrative Assistant II: $35.65 - $45.51/hourly
Scheduled Salary Increases:
- July 1, 2025: 3.1% Cost-of-Living Adjustment
- Annual Merit Increases: Full-time employees are eligible for 5% merit increases on an annual basis until they reach the top of their pay range.

Answers telephones and receives and responds to requests for information and complaints; refers matters to appropriate staff and/or takes or recommends action to resolve the request or complaint; handles issues that may require sensitivity, discretion and judgment.
Organizes and maintains records, files and research materials.
Orders, organizes and maintains stock of supplies.
Works as a member of a self-directed work team; participates in setting priorities and allocating work requirements; researches and evaluates department equipment and budget needs; interviews team member applicants.
Works in electronic content management system developing taxonomies, scanning, importing and retrieving documents; and purging records per board approved records retention schedule.
Attend, set-up and/or host variety of meetings in-person and/or hybrid meetings.
A valid Class C California driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under the district's vehicle insurance policy.
Must have the ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 45 wpm.
