Job Summary:

As an IT Specialist at Hellbender, you will be responsible for maintaining all IT activities within the organization and providing day-to-day technical support. This includes working through specific IT projects and software. This role will require you to be in the office 2 days per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer IT systems following established policies including laptop computers, cloud infrastructure, wired and wireless networks, cellular devices, printers and various business applications
• Provide application support including installation, configuration, repair and removal; including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Adobe, WPEngine, Zoom and various other software
• Provide database maintenance including data integrity and accuracy checking for Salesforce CRM
• Serve as the first point of contact in responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and remotely.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of security requirements for IT infrastructure.
• Adhere to standards for implementation of IT systems, policies and best practice procedures for documentation.
• Craft a delightful experience for new hire on-boarding and facilitation of IT equipment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

United States veteran and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply at any experience level.

• Associate/Technical Certifications or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar field required.
• 2 years of experience supporting a wide variety of computer hardware, software, peripheral equipment preferred.
• CompTIA A /Network /Security certification preferred.
• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and internal systems, both software and hardware
• Knowledge of administering a Microsoft-based IT environment including, but not limited to: Win11, Active Directory Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of CRM and cloud computing, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, WPEngine, and Microsoft Azure.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive timelines.
• A strong communicator, able to effectively work one-on-one with others and train new users at all skill levels. Communicates technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
• A resourceful self-starter who takes initiative to quickly learn new technologies and assimilate to new business functions.

Compensation:

This will be a salaried, exempt position. Compensation to be discussed relative to experience and abilities. This position will be open to the company yearly bonus and retirement savings programs.
