What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Scheduler position at Hellenic Senior Living of Mishawaka?
The Clinical Scheduler is
responsible for ensuring
that the community is staffed adequately to meet the needs of the residents of
the community.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
One
year of scheduling experience at an assisted living or long-term care community
is preferred but not required.
Current
QMA or CNA license required.
Have
strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize
responsibilities.
Proficient
with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word and Outlook and the ability to
learn computer and record keeping systems utilized by the community.
Ability
to be available on an “on-call” basis.
Ability
to have continuous access to a cell phone, or other device, to be in contact
with the community in an emergency and is expected to report to the community
in an emergency.
