Job Summary
Our Client is an established supplier with nearly 900 employees across multiple locations, with total revenue of <200 million. We are looking for a results-oriented professional interested in developing and leading strategy implementation and working closely as a team member to drive business growth.
Responsible for continuing to develop and deploy go-to-market strategies in close alignment with overall strategy. This role develops outstanding customer relationships and the cross-functional team responsible for optimizing them as well as accelerates innovation and new product development through close collaboration between customer procurement and engineering teams.
This professional will continue to develop Clients global customer base for thermoset and thermoplastic composites, capturing new market share, and growing existing platform business to further enhance the growth strategy.
We are looking for an expert in superior customer account management, who can understand and provide timely industry awareness and trends and is able to act with speed and agility in support of all aspects of the sales and marketing process to ultimately capture more business opportunities. Someone who will bring a strong vertical range in an organization, from the ability to contribute to marketplace and commercial strategy and liaise effectively with senior leadership to diving deep into tactical details of specific transactions.
Experience
- Open to living in the Seattle area, full time.
- 7 years applicable industry experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Science discipline, advanced degree desirable
- Direct knowledge and work experience within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace OEM suppliers and/ or within the UAV/UAS space.
- Aerospace, Defense, and/or related industry experience.
- Knowledge of the commercial and defense aerospace sector (or related) in its various dimensions.
