Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records with accuracy.
- Meticulously match and reconcile various business documents - order acknowledgements, purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, etc.
- Process daily deposits and print essential reports
- Manage accounts receivable, including applying customer payments accurately.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in paperwork.
- Accurately enter bills into QuickBooks.
- Organize and prioritize bills for timely payment.
- Perform account reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Software.
