Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding promptly to customer needs and inquiries via phone, fax, e-mail, and mail for assigned territories. This position performs proactive expediting duties and various data entry and clerical duties. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.

Essential Functions:
- Receive, Review and Process Orders (Including Literature and Samples)
- Receive Customer (and other) Phone Calls
- Quote Price and Availability on a Limited Basis
- Investigate and resolve Pricing discrepancies
- Handle RGA’s
- Handle Certificate of Compliance Requests
- Handle requests for product codes for new products
- Handle issuance of Sales Credits
- Process Sales Quotes from field sales
- Coordinate Quality issues as needed
- Investigate and resolve A/R deductions and inquiries
- Research and handle shipment discrepancies
- Maintain assigned territory and accounts
- Handle routine inquiries and complaints
- Daily Interface with Sales Staff and other HT departments
- Set up new customer bill to and ship to’s as needed
- Serve as team leader for assigned territory
- Primary contact for all issues concerning territory
- Handle requests for exceptions, substitutions, allocations or special problems within territory
- Handle tool billings
- Complete Customer surveys and other projects as assigned by management
- Serve as backup to other CSR’s as needed
- Perform Clerical duties as needed (filing, sort mail, etc)
- Maintain Customer Records for assigned customers
- Excellent data entry skills, ability to type 30 wpm
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a Detail-oriented self-starter
- Professional/diplomatic phone skills with service-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to operate CRT, calculator, typewriter, copier, phone, and fax, and PC
- High School Diploma or equivalent required associate degree a plus
- 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing or call center environment
