Our AI agents handle thousands of patient interactions every day, reducing administrative burden for medical teams and improving patient engagement.
As demand rapidly increases, we’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Representative who loves experimenting with creative outreach, has a strong drive to build relationships, and ready to generate pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on prospecting, iterating on messaging, and figuring out what works—without waiting for a playbook.
What you'll do
Own Business Development & Growth
- Identify and execute outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and refine lead lists, leveraging creative methods to uncover high-potential prospects.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage potential customers.
- Rapidly test and iterate messaging and outreach strategies to improve response rates.
- Book and manage initial discovery calls, gathering key insights for future refinements.
Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Own the early-stage sales pipeline, ensuring leads move efficiently through the funnel.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects who aren’t immediately ready to buy.
- Partner closely with leadership to refine the ideal customer profile and prioritize target accounts.
- Track key metrics (meetings booked, response rates, pipeline volume) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Refine & Scale What Works
- Document and improve processes to help scale outreach efforts.
- Identify trends in prospect responses and continuously refine messaging.
- Contribute insights on customer needs to inform sales and product strategy.
- Bring a test-and-learn mentality to outbound sales—what worked last month might not work next month, and that excites you.
Who you are
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound growth roles.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of building pipeline from scratch.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by rapid iteration.
- Strong communicator who can craft compelling outreach messages.
- Metrics-driven with a bias for action—always testing, learning, and improving.
- Independent thinker who takes ownership and thrives in an early-stage startup environment.
Bonus
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or AI-driven technologies.
- Background in outbound sales development (SDR/BDR) with a track record of success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and outbound sales strategies.
