About hellosmile:
hellosmile Practice Management Group is reimagining the delivery of pediatric health we are rebuilding the pediatric dental experience by completely redesigning the physical space, re-engineering workflows, and introducing powerful design and technology at every interaction point.
We are currently serving Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
The following requirements are preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- The ability to smile over the phone and maintain a tone of voice which exudes happiness
- A love of working in a kid-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of our patients
- Team building skills; organizational and staff development skills
- Front desk experience is a plus
- Healthcare Organization experience is a plus
- Insurance Administration knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Bilingual preferred. Fluent Spanish is a must.
- Proficient in computers and Google Apps is a must.
- Capable of adapting to new environments and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel and provide coverage at all of our offices.

Availability:

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
