What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Construction Manager position at Hells Canyon Pools, LLC?
The Hells Canyon Pools (HCP) Manager will oversee all pool construction, renovation, repair and other services offered. HCP Manager will be responsible for day to day operations, including but not limited to, supervision of field technicians and scheduling, project management, service contracts, construction bids and permits, deligation to office personal, assist with ordering equipment and supplies and inventory counts. HCP Manger will promote safety in all areas of the business, lead daily safety meetings as well as pre and post construction briefs after completion of each project and on an as needed basis. HCP Manager will demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in commercial and residential pool construction, renovation, repair and services. Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Background in construction, business management and leadership is highly recommended.

- Oversee, develop and facilitate day to day operations including but not limited to, residential and commercial projects, service calls, scheduling and inventory.
- Partner with subcontractors, vendors and customer to deliver the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Ability to communicate daily on progress, status and activities of day to day business operation
- Lead staff meetings and safety huddles or debriefs
- Report injuries, customer complaints or requests in a timely manner
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
Will work in numerous locations and on varying job sites. Must be physically able to be exposed to inclement climates. This includes all outdoor climates in all weather conditions as well as indoors in an office setting. Must tolerate sitting, standing or walking for long periods of time. Handling of heavy objects is required, up to 100 lbs, this includes lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling and sitting for various job tasks.
