Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our sales team and act as a vital link between logistics and accounting. This role involves managing and processing sales and purchase orders, ensuring seamless billing, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams and ensure timely updates on order statuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update order logs as required.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather all necessary details for purchases and sales, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
- Provide terminal staff with order-related support as needed.
- Liaise with the accounting team to facilitate precise and timely billing processes.
- Create and manage Blanket Orders and individual Orders for sales and purchases.
- Update shipment records and maintain an understanding of supply chain activities.
- Manage and maintain administrative business partner and contract information in Navision.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
