Helms Home Care is seeking to hire LPNs or RNs for hourly private-duty home care in Indian Trail, NC. The nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, ADLs, ROM, lifting/moving, and more.
This position involves working in a clean, cozy home environment with a welcoming family. The household includes two small, friendly pets—a Chihuahua and a cat—adding warmth and charm to the setting.
We are looking for candidates with experience (or willing to learn) caring for patients who require Trach Care, Suctioning, G-tube management, administering CPT using ABI vest, nebulizer treatments, performing comprehensive skin assessments, and Transferring.

Multiple Day Shifts Available! We can offer 8, 12 or 16 hour shifts, with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Assist with ADLs, ROM, lifting/moving, etc.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.
Requirements:
Current NC or Compact State nursing license.
Familiarity with skilled nursing needs in a home setting.
Experience caring for patients on a ventilator and tracheostomy—or willingness to train.
Reliable transportation.
