Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and forms for clients.
- Manage calendars to schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide front desk support, greeting clients and answering inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized office records and files for easy retrieval.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in tax preparation software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in calendar management to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Previous experience as a receptionist.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
- Knowledge of basic tax principles is beneficial but not required.
