- Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Port Clinton, Ohio.

As a Home Care Aide, You’ll Work 1-on-1 With Your Clients Inside Their Homes, And Support Them With The Following Types Of Activities
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments
- STNA OR 1 year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide OR Completion of a Training and Competency Evaluation Program that lasted at least 30 hours and covered the required topics.
- If you do not meet the above, you must complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location. OHIO ONLY - Effective 12/9/2024, $500 hiring bonus eligibility will be based on remaining an active employee with at least 500 hours worked. In addition, a second bonus of $500 will be paid to caregivers who work an additional 500 hours. Caregivers MUST be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Caregivers will be eligible for paid training which must be completed prior to beginning work and will be paid out after completing 80 scheduled hours.
