Job Overview :

Are you an experienced plumbing professional with a keen eye for safety and compliance, looking to take the next step in your career? HELP heating, plumbing, cooling & drains in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Plumbing Lead Installer to ensure the highest safety and code adherence standards in our plumbing projects. Join our team and make an impact in providing safe, efficient plumbing systems to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Plumbing System Installation :

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings, including pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to building codes and safety standards.

Code Compliance & Safety Standards :

Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Follow safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment.

Documentation & Reporting :

Keep accurate records of work performed, including installations, repairs, and materials used. Document inspection results and submit reports for management and regulatory purposes.

Tool and Equipment Management :

Maintain and care for plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.

Collaboration with Team :

Work closely with other installers, plumbers, and contractors on larger projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project completion.

Continuous Learning & Skill Development :

Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques, technology, and industry standards through ongoing training and education.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of residential plumbing experience.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, mentor, and grow.

Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Current and valid driver's license in Ohio.
