What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 1 Support Technician position at HelpCloud?
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking Tier 1 Support Technicians to work from 9am-6pm, with an hour lunch in our Lindon, UT office. You will be responsible for providing customers with top notch tech support solutions such as password recovery/reset, computer tune ups/optimization, junk removal, etc. Compensation includes an hourly base pay plus opportunity for commissions based on cases/tickets completed. We are moving very quickly with a potential start date of Friday March 14th.
IMPORTANT
This is a 2 month initial contract with the potential for long term extension based on client satisfaction.

Compensation:
- $15/hr. base pay
- Opportunity to make commissions based on cases/tickets closed
- We pay bi-weekly on (every other Friday)
Qualifications:
- Prior technical support experience
- Accurate, fast typing and entering correct data on customer profiles using computer software (40 WPM minimum)
- Intermediate computer skills and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to communicate technical details about services performed with customers
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple customer's computers at a time
Nice-to-have:
- Remote access support experience is preferred
- A , Networking , or Security certifications
- Ninja CRM experience
