What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 1 Support Professional position at Naviron?
Naviron is looking for a Tier 1 Support Professional to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients in the flooring and remodeling industry.
This is an onsite position, and candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.
The Tier 1 Support Professional will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving technical inquiries and providing detailed answers to client questions
- Documenting client interactions and escalating unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our software platform and workflows
- Supporting the onboarding team with customer onboarding calls and other setup activities as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a technical or customer support role in a SaaS company
- Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- HubSpot experience is a plus
