Overview :
Clinical Supervisor of BCBA Development Location : Support Center with travel to assigned clinics for training Are you passionate about making a difference in the field of autism services? As our Clinical Supervisor of BCBA Development, you will lead and inspire a team of BCBAs, ensuring they uphold the highest standards of quality. What Youll Do :
- Develop and oversee new hire training in Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
- Support the transition of team members from the Fellowship Program into BCBA roles.
- Implement and support retraining based on program evaluations or requests from Clinical Directors.
- Assist in creating new training programs and enhancing existing ones.
- Analyze data to guide decision-making for training content and BCBA workshops.
- Provide both remote and in-person training at clinical sites.
- Coordinate and facilitate ACE continuing education events.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality and Education to improve the Helping Hands Family training program.
- Ensure all trainings meet BACB task list requirements.
- Audit and assign continuing education trainings to ensure compliance with ABA standards.
- Must be able to travel 60% local and overnight
