Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Manager in meeting minimum standards for non-medical in-home care set by state and local agencies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulation changes, guided by the Area Manager.
- Handle office calls, possessing proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements for new employees.
- Assist with interviews and scheduling orientations when needed.
- Maintain staff education and evaluations, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Facilitate referrals and inquiries about provided services.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain public information materials' accuracy.
- Schedule caregiver assignments and client coordination on a daily/monthly basis.
- Maintain liaison between management, personnel, service coordination agencies, and clients.
- Support office organizational needs and enforce agency administrative policies.
- Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations.
