Job Summary:
The Marketer/Supervisor will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies while also overseeing the supervision of daily operations within the agency. This position blends both marketing and operational oversight, ensuring that both client acquisition and service delivery are aligned with the agency's mission of providing exceptional home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home care services to potential clients and referral sources.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
Coordinate and oversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, website content, etc.) that effectively communicate the agency's value propositions.
Organize and participate in community events, outreach programs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness about our services.
Track and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring they are trained, supported, and meeting the needs of clients.
Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to ensure high standards of care and professionalism are maintained.
Monitor client satisfaction and service quality, addressing any concerns or complaints as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of marketing and operational activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and agency policies.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and coordination between the marketing and care delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Provider services marketing or a related field, 2-3 years
Strong knowledge of home care services and healthcare industry standards.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compassionate and client-focused mindset.
Fluency in English & Spanish
