Helpmates is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Santa Ana, Ca with our customer, a large government agency! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Building Safety division with a variety of office support duties including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and performing a high volume of data entry.
The Administrative Assistant Requirements :
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- College level coursework in Business Administration or Business Communication
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
