Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist job responsibilities:
Enter in new orders as they are submitted via website, fax, or email
Confirm, audit and update orders after product has shipped
Generate kit letters and/or labels for Production through MS Access database
Maintain filing system
Importing of Customer Orders
Create and lease work orders
QC checks and sample creations
Handle incoming telephone lines
Assist customers, as needed
Assist Account Manager on special projects as deemed necessary
Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist requirements:
1 year of Corporate office experience
Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
Salary : $19 - $21
