Key Responsibilities :
- Process new orders into the NetSuite ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any gaps or discrepancies in order processing.
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all processed orders.
- Monitor order workflows to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from entry to invoicing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing or system errors.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
