We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Brand Director to lead our brand strategy and marketing in order to grow company profitability. This role involves managing brand positioning, strategic planning and execution of digital platforms and marketing campaigns, and analyzing consumer insights to strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling brand messaging.Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners.Consumer Insights & Market Research
Analyze customer trends, feedback, and engagement to refine brand positioning.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate brand success.Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.Budgeting & Performance Analysis
Manage brand budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI-driven marketing strategies.Track brand performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership.Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience : 3-5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, marketing, or a related field.Skills :Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies.Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content management systems.Strong oral and written communication skillsCheerful, upbeat disposition with a proactive attitude.Experience with Google Workspace, Canva,Why Join Us?
