We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and taking messages.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Excel, Gmail and invoicing software for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks.
- Enter receipts and deposits weekly and provide a balance sheet bi-weekly
Skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations and customer support.
- Strong calendar management abilities to efficiently organize schedules.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in clerical work or as an office clerk is preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
