This role includes responsibilities for revenue operations management, deal desk functions, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee and enhance revenue operations processes, support sales teams, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of deal desk activities. Partnering with teams across sales, finance, legal, marketing, and product management, you will implement best practices to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Revenue Operations Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and growth.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve forecasting and sales performance using industry-leading KPIs and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline management and reporting.
Deal Desk:
- Lead the development and execution of deal desk processes, including evaluating and approving contracts, pricing, and discounts.
- Work closely with legal and sales teams to ensure timely customer contracting and help meet order intake goals.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Partner with sales leadership to structure deals that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Optimization, and Reporting:
- Collaborate with teams in sales, sales operations, finance, legal, and marketing to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Leverage technology platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI to improve automation and productivity.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, deal metrics, and operational efficiency.
This position is 4 days in office and 1 day from home in Plano, TX.
