Job Summary :
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Hemline’s marketing initiatives by managing social media content, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting franchisees with digital marketing needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, an understanding of marketing best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Scheduling and Publishing
- Platforms : Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Schedule and publish engaging content across Hemline’s main social accounts.
- Distribute social media assets and updates to franchisees via internal accounts for seamless use.
- Ensure adherence to posting schedules, marketing timelines, and brand voice guidelines.
- Analyze post performance and optimize content based on engagement data.
- Create effective, engaging captions (copywriting skills are essential).
Social Media Support for Franchisees & Corporate Locations
Address and resolve franchisee inquiries and requests through Zendesk with professionalism and efficiency.Provide monthly performance reports to franchisees, tracking key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and ROI.Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to inform strategy.Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve escalated or complex social media issues.Email Marketing Support
Customize pre-built email templates to align with campaign goals and product launches.Integrate product assets, ensure accurate links, and maintain consistency in email content.Adjust subject lines and email copy to match campaign objectives and Hemline’s brand voice.Schedule and manage email campaigns to meet marketing deadlines and objectives.Track and optimize campaign performance using Klaviyo analytics tools.General Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.Assist in the creation of graphics, video content, and other visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for ease of access by internal teams and franchisees.Reporting & Analytics
Provide detailed insights on social media and email performance to guide future campaigns.Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.Support franchisees in interpreting analytics and using data to enhance their marketing efforts.Advertising Opportunities
Identify opportunities for digital advertising to enhance marketing efforts and expand Hemline’s reach.Collaborate with the marketing team to explore and test advertising strategies, such as Meta Ads or other platforms, for future campaigns.Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills for franchisee support and team collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Confidence in image and video editing (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).Adept at receiving feedback and thriving in a collaborative team environment.Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Full-time availability, Monday-Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, on-site.Avid user of Instagram and TikTok with an understanding of trends, formats, and the evolving nature of these platforms.Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools is preferred.Knowledge of digital advertising (e.g., Meta Ads) and SEO is a plus.Experience in the retail or fashion industry is strongly preferred.Preferred Education and Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.1-2 years of experience in social media coordination or digital marketing.Work Environment & Physical Demands
Office setting with occasional meetings and collaboration.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Typical work hours are 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.Occasional participation in after-hours events or campaigns as needed.About Hemline :
