- Must live within commuting distance to Hemlock Semiconductor - Hemlock, MI or Midland, MI Locations.
- Must upload most current transcript.
- Must have good computer skills and know Microsoft Office Applications and be able to learn programs such as SAP or other data repositories.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to interact with other departments daily.
- Must be self-motivated and pay attention to detail.
- Must be currently enrolled as a high school junior with a graduation date of May 2025.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.70 or higher.

- Update and send the weekly call-in listing for the site.
- Perform monthly inventory reviews of our electrical stock room.
- Maintain the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) tracking spreadsheet for the trade leaders.
- Order supplies to stock supply cabinets and breakrooms.
- Sorting and distributing mail/packages throughout the building.
- Conduct file cabinet review and clean-up for closed work orders.
- Assist TAR Logistics Coordinator with annual TAR/Outage projects.

Essential Functions:
- Supporting core processes, procedures, and documentation in relation to Supply Chain.
- Support the team on operational and administrative work in support of their roles.
- Work with schedulers to complete cycle counting duties.
- Work closely with the schedulers to understand their day-to-day duties and assist as needed.
- Timely communication of project status and relevant issues.
