Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Onsite Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients on-site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 18 months of IT experience or equivalent, with strong knowledge of OS, Apps, and Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships with clients, active directory management, end-user support experience, and usage of ticketing systems.
