Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team as an IT Onsite Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients on-site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services in accordance with SLAs and project requirements.
Key Requirements
- At least 18 months of IT experience or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of OS, Apps, and Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, active directory management, end-user support experience, and usage of ticketing systems.
