About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Entry-Level IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for a key client in New Orleans, Louisiana. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while supporting end users and learning enterprise-level systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues
- Assist with user setup, workstation domain join, and smart card configuration
- Support imaging and reimaging of devices as part of deployment tasks
- Help maintain and track IT inventory
- Monitor and respond to service tickets using internal ticketing tools
- Ensure compliance with company IT procedures and security protocols
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Windows OS (7/8/10), Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced IT environment
- Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, VPN, remote access)
- Exposure to or experience with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads) is a plus
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with a team-first mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $3,293.33 - $4,073.33 per month
