Patient Experience Coordinator – Join a High-Performing Medical Team
Location: Hemmett Health, 185 Tilley Drive, South Burlington, VT
Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time – M, T, Th (7:30 AM–1:00 PM & 1:45 PM–6:15 PM), W, F (7:30 AM–1:15 PM)

Hemmett Health is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our clinically focused chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic in South Burlington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and enjoys playing an integral role in a team that delivers medically necessary, evidence-based care to patients referred by physicians throughout Vermont.
Our work centers on orthopedic care and female pelvic floor conditions, with a strong referral base from OB/GYNs, PCPs, and other medical professionals. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in professionalism, accuracy, and delivering an outstanding experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, professional experience
- Schedule and manage appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
- Collect and process payments for copays and deductibles
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front-desk operations
- Support communication between providers, patients, and the front office
- Ensure the front desk runs efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and professional
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with multitasking
- A team player who values efficiency, discretion, and accountability
- Familiarity with healthcare settings or electronic health records is preferred
- Experience in a medical front desk role is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
