Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Transformation Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policy and programmatic changes in response to Act 167. You will also partner with external stakeholders to align care transformation goals with broader statewide health care system goals.
Key Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in project development, preferably in a managerial role.
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, public administration, policy, or human services related field AND three (3) years of experience in project development, preferably in a managerial role.

- Master's degree in data science, informatics, public administration, policy, or human services related field AND two (2) years of experience in project development, preferably in a managerial role.
