- Play a key role in the external reporting process as you see a breadth of accounting work to include: monthly financial close for a multi-billion dollar organization, financial reporting, and yield, inventory, & profit margin analysis. This company is also well positioned for strategic growth initiatives… it is very likely this individual will get to experience the acquisition process, to include due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration.
- Work closely with impressive / experienced financial leaders who will empower and mentor you.
- Take ownership of important special projects tied to process improvement initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Play a leadership role as you mentor, review, coach, and advise more junior accounting staff, accounting specialists, and interns as you steadily establish yourself as an “up-and-comer” in the organization.
