Lead this very profitable mid-sized firm through the process of creating a highly effective financial planning & analysis function. Take ownership for building out the FP&A function including needs assessment, software selection, implementation, training, leading the team, creating dashboards, then drive process improvement until optimal outcomes have been achieved.
