Hempler Foods Group is seeking an Front Office Coordinator. The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, offering a professional and welcoming presence. This role is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) department and assisting with various office operations, including communications, and day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, direct, and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Ensure visitors complete the necessary check-ins and required documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Assist employees and visitors with inquiries.
Provide translation support for employees and visitors.
Manage mail, packages, and office supplies inventory.
Update and maintain facility calendars for events, birthdays, and anniversaries.
Support HR administrative functions, including scanning documents, filing, and database updates.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation, and coordinating training schedules.
Help with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.
Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking, ensuring records are accurate.
Prepare weekly checks for mailing.
Make daily bank deposits
Assist employees with product orders as needed
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Qualifications:
· Must be bilingual: English/Spanish
· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Basic knowledge of HR functions and administrative tasks is preferred
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
· Proficient with Microsoft MS Suite.
Wage & Benefits:
- $18.00-$25.00 per hour
